Processing Times

The above times are calculated after approval of the withdrawal request. Approval typically takes up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: A$20
• Maximum per transaction: A$5,000
• Maximum per week: A$10,000
• Maximum per month: A$15,000
• VIP players: higher limits available on request

Verification Requirements

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This includes identity verification, address verification, and verification of your payment method. Read more about the process on our verification page. These requirements are in line with Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) (ACMA) regulations.

Withdrawal Procedure

1. Log in and go to the cashier section.
2. Select "Withdraw" and choose your preferred method.
3. Enter the amount (minimum A$20).
4. Confirm the request. You will receive a confirmation email.
5. The withdrawal request will be reviewed and processed.

Important Notes

• Withdrawals are processed via the same method as the deposit, where possible.
• Bonus funds must be fully wagered before a withdrawal is approved.
• Casoola may request additional documentation for unusual transactions, in accordance with our AML obligations.
• Jackpot winnings above A$50,000 may be paid out in instalments.
